We finally come to our last study in this great book of Isaiah.  We are fittingly pointed to the Millenium that will immediately be followed by the eternal kingdom of God. What a glorious future we as followers of Christ have. We have such incredible hope beyond this world. As believers we must keep our eyes on Jesus. Our hope if not in this world. We can barely imagine the splendor and glory that God is preparing for us.

The book does end on a strange verse. It reminds us how critical it is that unrepentant people need to turn to the Lord. This sobering contrast found in the last verse reveals to us the eternal importance of this present life. It is the choice presently that determines eternity.

Seek the LORD while He may be found. Though your sins be as scarlet they shall be white as snow. O LORD, I will praise You; though You were angry with me, your anger is turned away, and you comfort me.
