We conclude our study in the book of Micah. There is so much in this little book that applies to our present day. They stood on the precipice of judgement. So do we. God made them well aware of why judgment was coming. We also are well aware of why God's judgement is coming upon us. He also warned them of what this judgement would look like. We can barely begin to realize how horrible the judgment of God will be. Yet the people, much like us today, refused to heed the Lord.
This broke the heart of Micah. Did the people deserve the judgment that was coming? Yes! However, it still broke the heart of Micah. Does our heart break knowing the judgment that is soon to come upon this world?
