I am so pumped to welcome my friend Forester Simao to The Adventure Reignition Podcast.

I met Forester a little bit less than ten years ago when we were both in the same Business School.

Today, he is the co-founder of Sider Bottle. A company that sells reusable who want to combine impact and sustainable change. A part of each bottle sold goes directly to a non-profit in South Africa.

Forester has also become a coach and created the Gap System. It is a process to help people fulfill their full potential.
 
In Today's episode, we are going to talk about :

• Human potential and discover where our limitations come from.
• In a second time, we will see how Forester tried to fill in the void in himself by going after more and more materialistic rewards.
• Then we will talk about how being stuck in a 9 to 5 you don't enjoy can cut you out of your own emotions. He shares a compelling example of one of his former bosses who wanted to come back to work despite his bad health situation. 
• Finally, Forester will talk about his journey to become a professional soccer player and what he learned in the process to make his dream come true.
• Last but not least, he will tell us why we don't listen to our feelings even though they know what is best for us.
