In this episode Tom kindly shares with us his recovery journey from Anorexia. As a sufferer, he come across stigma every day for being a male with an eating disorder, as it is most often seen as a female illness. In 2018 Tom was named the National Young Ambassador of the Year and has also since received a Points of Light award from Parliament in honour of his volunteering efforts towards raising awareness of eating disorders, particularly in men.
