In our first episode of 2023, I want to share with you three little things that I can't live without: lens wipes, smart speakers, and noise cancellation earphones. 我生活中不能缺少的第一个东西就是擦眼镜的湿巾。就是lens wipes。因为我近视，所以每天时时刻刻都离不开眼镜。眼镜一直戴着，就很容易因为空气中的灰尘或者不小心碰到而弄脏。这时候我就会拿出来一张擦眼镜湿巾把眼镜清洁干净。这种湿巾真的比眼镜布好用多了。自从发现了擦眼镜湿巾的好，我在每个地方都要放几片。这样我想擦眼镜的时候就可以很方便找到。

我生活中也离不开智能音箱。我家有五个智能音箱，在我家不同的地方。我用他们设闹铃、提醒，定时，听歌儿，看新闻，也经常问它们天气和其他问题。比如，明天的天气怎么样？晚上会不会下雨？这个词是什么意思，怎么拼？某个城市的人口是多少？从A到B有多远？在没有办法拿手机，但是又想马上得到答案的时候，直接问智能音箱太方便了。

最后，我每天的生活也离不开无线降噪耳机。降噪耳机就是可以降低外界噪音的耳机。降噪耳机在很多地方都大有用处。在咖啡厅学习的时候，戴上降噪耳机可以帮你更加专心。在家里看视频但是邻居开割草机的的时候， 戴上降噪耳机可以屏蔽割草机的轰鸣声，让你更舒服地看视频。坐飞机旅行的时候，戴降噪耳机听歌或者有声书不但可以帮助你降低噪音，而且还可以缓解焦虑。跑步听歌的话，降噪耳机也很好。不过，要提醒大家注意安全，不要因为听不到外面的声音造成事故。
