After a two week break the boys are byke!!! O'Lou, Swann, Tone and Ant are back and ready to pod. They start off with the "O'Lou mix which is a playlist of of his leftover 420 mix mixed with some nostalgia tracks.
Then the fellas get a various of topics like some taboo things that where acceptable then but are not now rather its the music we listened to or trends we did back in the day that wouldn't be acceptable these days. O’Lou shares with us a parental issue that he experienced touching on the topic “raising pre-teens/teenagers” in today’s society where mental health issues play such a big part.
