Fresh off her multiple-medal haul in World Cup Paris, we have the pleasure to host Ella Gibson to start off season 2 of Archery on my Mind.
Ella in currently ranked 2nd in the world, is a world and European record holder, European Champion, and has many (many!) medals on the international stage - despite being there for such a relatively short time!
We get to discuss bouncing back from disappointing performances, navigating physical arousal in matches, self-talk during a match, and compound in the Olympics. It's well worth a listen, if only for all the understatements Ella makes every now and then :P
