Jesus often spoke in parables when addressing the large crowds, but he would explain them only in private to his disciples. True disciples spend quality time with the Lord in quiet, undistracted prayer. It’s in those intimate moments where God reveals his truth to us personally & reveals to us how it applies to our lives.
