I received such amazing feedback about the guided grounding meditation I shared back in episode 6! That has made my heart SO happy! I know how important and special it is to find moments of peace to connect with yourself - and knowing that my sacred offering brings some calming, rooted vibes for you...literally doing a happy dance in my chair as I type this!
I thought it would be cool to share an offering for all the little ones out there too!
