I wanted to talk about breakdown, rupture & that uncomfortable place between collapse & creation. This is an invitiation to maybe listen closely to what this moment is asking of us. A conversation about staying awake, staying human, & some inspiration to stand in uncertainty without collapsing into despair or denial.
