OK, I know you love the Car Caves episodes, and though I’m not in the car today, I’m giving you the same vibe: my real-time real talk about ways to actually live your design for lasting change.

Today, I’m covering one of the things I see from a lot of people who teach in the Human Design community: the tendency to overintellectualize and overcomplicate everything.

I get it. There’s so much to absorb in Human Design, but when you’re learning, it’s less helpful for your personal journey to memorize every single one of the 64 gates before you’ve had a chance to really get comfortable with the basics of strategy and authority.

So in this episode, I’m giving you easy ways to go back and connect with yourself if you're:

• hoarding information and trying to learn about every detail in your chart without experimenting daily with your type, strategy, and authority
• feeling like you have to nail every aspect of your design right away and be a "perfect" example of your energy type
• trying to learn your design with your mind instead of taking time to reconnect with your body and feel your body’s responses

Consider this my reminder to focus on progress over perfection and especially allowing yourself to be curious and take your time when it comes to learning your design.

Because that’s when the magic happens.
