Anyone can go through burnout. (Duh!) But for someone who’s creating and growing (and STRUGGLING with) their own business, it can hit in different ways.

That’s why I’m so excited to have one of my former Revive Your Sacral students on the podcast: Dr. Ainsley Hendon, the owner of Hendon Family Chiropractic, a 2/5 Sacral Generator, and an Aries sun.

Even though Revive Your Sacral isn’t specifically focused on entrepreneurs, I noticed that it’s frequently attracted people who were facing burnout in their lives and businesses — and Ainsley was one of them, going through big-time burnout on a lot of levels.
