A couple months ago I was on a hike when I heard "share your story".
I wasn't 100% sure what that meant, but when "share your story" was yelled at me numerous other ways the same week, I recognized what was happening.
**TRIGGER WARNING
I have finally gotten to a place in my life where I can do what I was put on this earth to do: Share my story in all it's depth, lean wholeheartedly into my uniquely individual self, and help others through their healing transformation.
From my childhood sexual abuse, to going to court, to who I became as an adult after abuse - my past is what led me to the work I do today, and the work I'll continue to spread all over the world.
This is a heavy episode, so please listen only when you feel ready.
