In this prerecorded teaching, Dennis begins a series in which he teaches through the book of Hebrews verse by verse. Hebrews is one of the greatest books of the Bible but it often gets overlooked, under-read, and misunderstood. In this episode Dennis gives an introduction to the book of Hebrews by discussing the historical context in which it was written which helps us in our understanding of what the author of the book is trying to warn his audience of and exhort them to. He also works through chapter one and part of chapter two where the author of Hebrews begins telling us that "Jesus is better" (a theme of the book) than the angels.
