Today I want to talk about getting out of your head and getting back into your heart. This is something I'm so passionate about teaching and something I work on a lot with the clients that I work with in our relationship program because it's something that is really overlooked.
We have so many people now overvaluing their mind and their head and really just getting stuck in their head. You might be overthinking, questioning things, doubting, criticising yourself. Maybe you’re beating yourself up from the inside out, punishing yourself with your thoughts.
When we get stuck in our head. One of my mentors has a saying, get in your head and you're dead and I it's such a beautiful reminder to me that if I'm stuck or I'm starting to blame or questioning or I'm feeling doubtful, it's a sign I'm in my head.
