Does love equal pain for you?
It's incredible how many women I speak to that have a relationship with love that love equals pain and how you show love is through pain.
They will talk to their girlfriends about painful situations, they will connect to their family through all the pain and trauma.
They will connect to potential partners or if they're in a relationship, they will focus on the pain.
Now pain has a very powerful purpose but a lot of us are relying on it as a form of connection.
And that's not the only way we connect and grow. Pain is one way but the other way is through pleasure, love, forgiveness, gratitude and so many other positive feelings as well.
