Today I want to share a really fast practice to get you out of your head and into your heart. There's a lot of us that are in our heads at the moment. We're in our ego and we’re in fear.
How do you know, you're in your head? You’ll be doubting, you'll be questioning everything that you're doing, questioning everything that you're not doing, saying things like I should be doing this and I shouldn't be doing that.
And it just keeps you stuck. All of that is just keeping you stuck and it creates more and more uncertainty and then you feel less safe. And as a woman that's a basic need that we have.
And then you can't create anything from that, you can't make great decisions. You can't live your life. This state literally steals your energy and your life.
