How do we stop controlling our husbands? We think the way they do things is always the hard way. So we interrupt them and we tell them how to do it.
You might use other words like I used to do. So I can't judge you but I hear it from a lot of women who say things like, I'm just more organised than him. I'm just more prepared.
We use all these other words that are much easier for us to swallow than I'm being controlling and that's the truth. And what's the truth of that controlling? When we really get to the truth we're controlling because we don't trust.
