Today we are talking about how to say no with love. Now I'm going to share with you how saying no can actually be a positive, not a negative and I know how hard this is. I found it really hard.
And if you're like the old me who was a people pleaser and a perfectionist, then I understand why you're finding this so hard. It was so easy for me to just say yes. It was just so easy and maybe you feel the same.
It was so hard for me to say no. It was ridiculous. Yes, just became my default. I would say yes, when I couldn’t. Yes, when I didn't have time. Yes, when I didn't want to. Yes, when I didn't have the capacity. I had this real deep rooted, limiting belief and pattern inside of me that I had to say yes.
