What comes up a lot when we talk to couples is this idea that I've got to wait until my partner is ready to work on our relationship. That you can't work on your relationship until your partners on board and until you're both like making the decision together. What we found time and time again is it just doesn't work like that.
It didn't work like that for us either. So we're talking from personal experience and then experience with other couples we've worked with we're all at different points in the journey of life. We're all at different points in the journey of our relationship.
What works much better is simply making a decision that you want to learn and grow. That you want to experience more love, connection and happiness and then doing the work within you to experience it. Then, more often than not, your partner will notice your growth and will want to join you on the journey.
