We all know that we need to be more grateful. We all know the power of gratitude. But not many of us practice it and I was so guilty of this as well.
It's something that over the last three years I have really tried to work my gratitude muscle more and more. And I really invite my clients to work with gratitude more because you cannot be grateful and unhappy at the same time. You can't be grateful and sad. You can't be grateful and frustrated.
Gratitude is one of the fastest ways out of any negative emotion that you're currently feeling.
