Consider this, live with it, and watch how your thoughts act or react, as your body tenses or relaxes. Your knowing awareness is greater than you think you know. Thought adapts immediately to what we know compared to the time taken to misshape it around imagined thoughts that have no basis in reality.
Mind Knows and brains think. Mind is Absolute Knowing, Peace, and Love. What is Absolute cannot come or go or be less than all that is even while insistent thoughts that come and go act like they are more or less.
Beings Are and Know, humans think and do. Humans are sentient Beings. We sense what is happening and feel according to what we think. To Be is to Know and to rely on thinking exclusively is to think we know. As human beings, we are free to think our source is thought and as free to think wrong thoughts are right. Free to steer wrong thoughts in directions we think are right is how we drive ourselves crazy. If who we think we are is not who we are then ego only "appears" to exist in thoughts that are crazy. Health would naturally see this threat and feel uneasy, disturbed, out of sorts, and sick. Our disturbances are indications of a healthy awareness. Thinking is aware it is wrong and listening to what we say and how we feel reveals it's knowing admission that we know what is happening and equally know what to do. Not acting as we know is how we try to prove what is wrong is right. Lies, lie. A lie's appearance has no substance no basis other than in thought. There are no lies in the universe that are not concocted in thought.
Knowing does not think so cannot think up a self-born of thought to discuss its dubious nature with. When talking to your so-called self watch your words to see if they aren't negotiating some settlement of unsettling thoughts. When who we think we are is what we think our bodies are mentally, emotionally, and physically challenged to act functionally and thus productively.
The Absolute is revealed in all that we do and denying what we are doing is not a block any greater than we think it is, so it is only a delusional, "self" imposed, induced, and imagined block we insist on maintaining with obsessive thoughts. Defiance and denial are defenses. To look through obsessive thought's lens is to see only what promotes and supports obsessive thoughts; fear, anxiety, doubt, stress, and depression. Reality is unlimited and never changes. The idea that how and what we think creates reality suggests otherwise. Acting on backward thoughts leads to behaviors that are out of order reflecting a reversal of our natural fortune that are accurately called disorders. Anxious, nervous and systemic disorders reflect this impossible attempt to reverse Nature’s Law and Order and our Universe's Essence. Mentality is a bodily function. Mental disease is a physcial ailment. For as long as it is misdiagnosed - any cure or treatment will perpetuate its contagion.
Principles affirm Our Indivisible nature. Sharing Principles confirms our natural indivisibility. Inspiration is natural while desperation, depression, degradation and acting oblivious to what is obvious is an unnatural choice to oppose reality which is impossible to accomplish though we are free to try.
