Humility is having things as they are. Since things are as they are this means thoughts interactive relation with things is naturally at ease. To think of things as more or less is to choose to think of what we’re thinking rather than those things. This choice disrupts the natural order when we think those things are only what we think of them.  Feeling disconnected is common when this form of thinking is relied on as our “own” truth or reality as it has no basis in either beyond thoughts that are illusions.  

We know more than we think while much of what we think we know is only what we think. We can think we don’t know and know just as we can think we know and not know.  Knowing is not limited to thought so it can seem hard to sort thinking out so the effects tells us how we’re doing. 

Thinking of thinking, thinks of it-self, bearing more thoughts.  These thought are not our “self” any more than things become only what we think of them. Thoughts do not create reality or truth even when our attention is consumed by thinking of nothing else. 


We cause obsessive thoughts since we are free to choose what we think that includes the internal and emotional commotion we cause. To think thoughts happen to us is to think they have a life of their own as an excuse to act irresponsible for them. Since we are responsible we can dissolve them with ease especially in comparison to the difficulty of maintaining them. Making things worse is ample evidence these thoughts are flexible and can get better. Stopping anything only seems impossible while the impossibility is thinking we have nothing to do with it is maintained.  It is not that we cannot stop it but that we will not stop it when we refuse to admit our choice is the cause  


Lies, lie. Once started more lies are borne. Any sup-posed self has no basis other than thought thinking of itself, so any imagined self is nothing more than believing thoughts that are not true. Recognizing the disturbance lies create is easy even when we don’t think we’re lying. Deciding that are attacking us is another excuse to claim we have nothing to do with our experience. “Self”-centered fear, is actually thought centered fear acting as a self.  It is an act of thought imagining that prancing around as truth makes it so - and like any lie it is simply what we choose to think.  Thoughts are primary actions preceding voluntary chosen expressions.

Reality is unlimited and never changes. The idea that how and what we think creates reality suggests otherwise. Acting on backward thoughts leads to behaviors that are out of order reflecting a reversal of our natural fortune that are accurately called disorders. Anxious, nervous and systemic disorders reflect this impossible attempt to reverse Nature’s Law and Order and our Universe's Essence. Dis-ease is the lack of ease created and maintained by such twisted mental acrobatics. Stress and Anxiety inhibit healing and compound and degrade health.

Mentality is a bodily function. Mental disease is a physcial ailment. For as long as it is misdiagnosed - any cure or treatment will perpetuate its contagion.

Principles affirm Our Indivisible nature. Sharing Principles confirms our natural indivisibility. Inspiration is natural while desperation, depression, degradation and acting oblivious to what is obvious is an unnatural choice to oppose reality which is impossible to accomplish though we are free to try.

Ignoring what is happening, acting as though it shouldn't be or isn't happening, produces the unintelligible gibberish of ignorance - not reality.
