Sobriety is sanity from any compulsion.  Emotional sobriety is sane living.

Reality is not insane.  Insanity is not reality.  To think insanity is real is to think insanely.  Perhaps this irrational approach has gone on long enough. It is what we each do that will determine how well we all do. 

We are free to think whatever we want. What happens happens whether we like it or think it shouldn’t be happening. To imagine thoughts are reality feels discomforting, disturbed and dis-eased by producing pressure, stress and anxiety. These conditions undermine our bodily systems ability to function.  Choosing impossibility  produces obsessive thinking trying to get somewhere that does not exist, somewhere other than here, now. Obsessions are reactive, impulsive and compulsive behaviors designed to  escape the inner conflict of any imagined reality conjured by denying actual reality. 

Thoughts are not the problem. Our misuse of them causes many problems. Thoughts are a product of reality designed to express it naturally and in favor of mental and physical health. We are of reality and truth we are not in thoughts no matter how deep we dig in our heels to think what we think is reality and this right. We have thoughts and how we think is a choice, something we do. We cannot be something we have or do. We Are as We Are regardless of what we think, say, feel or do.  

Reality and Truth are principles of Life. They do not change, do not come or go, so cannot be more or less than all we now have. Using thoughts to define reality can easily have thinking conclude that life is hard - and that human nature is inherently flawed.  Choosing obsessively to think wrongly about reality does not confirm human nature is flawed, but confirms what we think about the nature of reality is flawed.  We are Absolutely Responsible for what we think. Thinking irresponsibly does not make up reality, make us irresponsible or eliminate or reduce our Responsibility for such thinking. What irresponsibility does when we think it is reality is tonimpose an impossible experience that is very difficult to bear. Obsessive thinking disrupts and disturbs thinking, thus our experience - not Reality.

Reality is unlimited and never changes. The idea that how and what we think creates reality suggests otherwise. Acting on backward thoughts leads to behaviors that are out of order reflecting a reversal of our natural fortune that are accurately called disorders. Anxious, nervous and systemic disorders reflect this impossible attempt to reverse Nature’s Law and Order and our Universe's Essence. Dis-ease is the lack of ease created and maintained by such twisted mental acrobatics. Stress and Anxiety inhibit healing and compound and degrade health.

Mentality is a bodily function. Mental disease is a physcial ailment. For as long as it is misdiagnosed - any cure or treatment will perpetuate its contagion.

Principles affirm Our Indivisible nature. Sharing Principles confirms our natural indivisibility. Inspiration is natural while desperation, depression, degradation and acting oblivious to what is obvious is an unnatural choice to oppose reality which is impossible to accomplish though we are free to try.

Ignoring what is happening, acting as though it shouldn't be or isn't happening, produces the unintelligible gibberish of ignorance - not reality.
