Obsessive thoughts are never happy since they ponder the impossibility of success as they are bound to fail. Thinking of itself, when thought to be reality, thinks up more thoughts obsessed with them-selves thinking someday, somehow this vain effort and narrow focus will become true. This thinking is called self-serving and self-centered when it is actually thought-serving and thought-centered.  Obsessive thinking only thinks of itself to prop up an image having no other basis than thought. While we are free to imagine we are only what we think the resulting complications cause the magnificently insurmountable peaks and valleys of rising, falling and failing effort. Lies can never become true or they would not be lies. “Happy ever after fantasies” are never turned into reality no matter how hard we try to feel good about the wrong thinking we’re managing. 

Thinking is something we do and we cannot be what we do. Obsessive attempts to realize the impossible create insatiable drives that can never be satisfied. Conflicted thinking fractures into symptomatic forms of addiction that grow so varied we can never attend to each sufficiently.  Anxious disorders are also symptoms of reactive, impulsive and compulsive behaviors as weighty yarns spun on the same loom of doom. Things that appear real are no more than delusions: illusions imagined real. Once fantasy is imagined to be reality insanity is in full bloom. We do not need to be fully incapacitated to engage empty thoughts that are naturally faulty. If we can think it possible to fix each symptom it may come as great relief to recognize they are all byproducts of one problem. 

Reality and Truth are not born of thought and neither are we. Reality and Truth do not come or go. All that is Real and True is present, presently here now, as we always are regardless of what or how we think. To think we are unstable is to witness the instability and impositions of thought we choose and so induce their effects.

What we think - we think. There are no exclusions to this point. We are free, intact, ready and able. If we were not we would not be so free as to think what we think could condemn us. Freedom allows impressions we hold dear to cause depression. To use freedom to create condemnation is to act divisively against our instinctual urge to thrive and survive.

Reality is unlimited and never changes. The idea that how and what we think creates reality suggests otherwise. Acting on backward thoughts leads to behaviors that are out of order reflecting a reversal of our natural fortune that are accurately called disorders. Anxious, nervous and systemic disorders reflect this impossible attempt to reverse Nature’s Law and Order and our Universe's Essence. Dis-ease is the lack of ease created and maintained by such twisted mental acrobatics. Stress and Anxiety inhibit healing and compound and degrade health.

Mentality is a bodily function. Mental disease is a physcial ailment. For as long as it is misdiagnosed - any cure or treatment will perpetuate its contagion.

Principles affirm Our Indivisible nature. Sharing Principles confirms our natural indivisibility. Inspiration is natural while desperation, depression, degradation and acting oblivious to what is obvious is an unnatural choice to oppose reality which is impossible to accomplish though we are free to try.

Ignoring what is happening, acting as though it shouldn't be or isn't happening, produces the unintelligible gibberish of ignorance - not reality.
