Things are as they are. That means thoughts are thoughts, truth is true, reality is reality and fantasy is fantasy like imagination is imagination. Thoughts are imagined conclusions largely based on limited information. To think what is imagined is reality is delusional, which is insane. This primary disturbance causes instability so subsequent thoughts are unstable. To think we are creators of reality is to think we become only what we think. Feeling bad is to think we are bad, feeling wrong, we are wrong. It is easy to think bad and wrong thoughts but once we think they are true we think we become bad and wrong. This is, like thoughts being true and real, a lie.
The difference between what is natural and unnatural is that one is easy and the other is not only hard it is impossible to apply. If we have been thinking all we are is what we think we have been trying to manage what we think about ourselves when the self we are thinking about is only what we think.
Control and unmanageability of something that is imagined only seem out of control when it is the mistaken thoughts we're having about them that have no substance so nothing to control.
Self-help attempts to help a self that is imagined which is why the self-help industry is now a $10 billion dollar annual venture. Why are we always seeking new ways to feel better about what we're insisting on doing that is wrong? Mental obsession is an addiction to thought, a dis-ease in the sense that it causes a lack of ease and stress that undermines all of our bodily systems and so our health.
Our essence is essential so it is not in question. There is nothing to seek. What we’ve been looking for are ways to feel better about the distressing impact our thinking about who we are is having on our experience. To start considering who we are is not who we think we are by seeing our thoughts as they are, imagined ideas are to relieve thoughts of trying to do what is impossible by freeing them to do anything and everything possible. Thoughts are designed to express reality and truth like a river naturally guides the flow of water.
We are where we are now. There is no other place we can be. All that is happening is happening now and we are intimately woven into it all. As we are we are with all that is, as it is now. This

Reality is unlimited and never changes. The idea that how and what we think creates reality suggests otherwise. Acting on backward thoughts leads to behaviors that are out of order reflecting a reversal of our natural fortune that are accurately called disorders. Anxious, nervous and systemic disorders reflect this impossible attempt to reverse Nature’s Law and Order and our Universe's Essence. Dis-ease is the lack of ease created and maintained by such twisted mental acrobatics. Stress and Anxiety inhibit healing and compound and degrade health.
Mentality is a bodily function. Mental disease is a physcial ailment. For as long as it is misdiagnosed - any cure or treatment will perpetuate its contagion.
Principles affirm Our Indivisible nature. Sharing Principles confirms our natural indivisibility. Inspiration is natural while desperation, depression, degradation and acting oblivious to what is obvious is an unnatural choice to oppose reality which is impossible to accomplish though we are free to try.
Ignoring what is happening, acting as though it shouldn't be or isn't happening, produces the unintelligible gibberish of ignorance - not reality.
