MOD episodes have no shelf-life or expiration date.  Since our focus is principled and always happening now - each will always reflect the moving fluid nature of current events.

Consequences are immediate effects of a cause. Feelings are the body’s language.  What we think about what is happening is the  primary cause of our feelings. 

Observation is our present awareness and  as a reflection of what is happening it is not an opinion. Mental health is accurately thinking about what is happening - as it is happening - now.  Opinions about what is happening are about what we think not what is happening. To think we don’t like, want, or think what is happening should be happening has our thinking at odds with what is happening not the reverse. 

Thinking is never at odds with reality only itself and the self it is at odds with is who we wrongly think we become.  This simple twist in thought creates an impression that everything and everyone not allied with our thoughts is ready to attack us or is against us. 

When thoughts are thought of as reality and truth they seem permanent and intractable. Saying we are stuck in our thoughts or that they are intrusive and have the independent capacity to attack us is common.  This is simply an overt attempt to disclaim responsibility for what we are choosing to think.  This impossibility has life, the world and all its people appear difficult, complicated and impossible to confirm the false claim is cemented, or stuck, in reality.  Delusion cannot be stuck while it can be imagined to be within the limited confines of sick thoughts thinking only of them selves. 

It is only once we think thoughts are true that we think we become the creators of reality amd so thoughts seem stuck while it is our chronic attention that creates that sticky impression.  

There is no disharmony, discord or instability in our Absolute State of Knowing Awareness.  It is what we incorrectly think about our nature that is defective and primary to the disharmony and disturbances we suffer and write off, like any deduction, under the guise we call human nature. Our nature is not worthless or useless.  

We Are as We Are.  We are seldom if ever only as we think we are. Thinking is something we do so cannot be who we are. Thoughts are imagined they are not the creators of reality and truth. They are products of both. Thoughts are designed to express reality and truth. There is no fight for what is right anymore than there is a cost for freedom. Free

Reality is unlimited and never changes. The idea that how and what we think creates reality suggests otherwise. Acting on backward thoughts leads to behaviors that are out of order reflecting a reversal of our natural fortune that are accurately called disorders. Anxious, nervous and systemic disorders reflect this impossible attempt to reverse Nature’s Law and Order and our Universe's Essence. Dis-ease is the lack of ease created and maintained by such twisted mental acrobatics. Stress and Anxiety inhibit healing and compound and degrade health.

Mentality is a bodily function. Mental disease is a physcial ailment. For as long as it is misdiagnosed - any cure or treatment will perpetuate its contagion.

Principles affirm Our Indivisible nature. Sharing Principles confirms our natural indivisibility. Inspiration is natural while desperation, depression, degradation and acting oblivious to what is obvious is an unnatural choice to oppose reality which is impossible to accomplish though we are free to try.

Ignoring what is happening, acting as though it shouldn't be or isn't happening, produces the unintelligible gibberish of ignorance - not reality.
