When thoughts are imagined to be true our seeming reality develops an easily recognizable pattern. Thus thoughts thinking of themselves appear to become who and what we are. Hearing and debating multiple voices represent various characters and personalities we create to go with the variety of thoughts marching around and around in our head.
Obsessive thoughts are reactive since they are defensive. Obsessive thoughts see and hear only what is thought to be said and seen not what is actually said or seen. This makes sense since we are bent on magically turning imagination into truth and reality. Thoughts serving thoughts imagine all that is happening is what is thought to be happening not what is actually happening. To think we are a self, or selves, born of thought is to bear their weight like a chain and serve these thoughts like a slave, while mastering their creation and maintenance.
Recognizing reactive thoughts is as simple as noticing their disturbing effects. Common side-effects are inner conflict, worry, anxiety, or a sense of feeling disconnected and alone. Thinking our thoughts define us has us think we become these disturbing states of mind rather than concede they are simply manifestations of thought.
Disordered, delusional, thinking, which is central to all addictive tendencies, has us think we are the effect rather than the cause. Feelings accurately assess the effects of our thinking. To think we are the effects automatically turns our response backward to think escape is possible by getting over or feeling better about what we are maintaining that is worse. Dark effects are empty, devoid of the substance of light reality provides.
When we think the thoughts are real the effects seem real. Dream seem real too especially when they develop into night mares. Waking up from our day dream is no different. After and before all what is there to get over when what is wrong is a mirage, only thought to exist?
Seeing effects as mirror images of what we're causing aligns thoughts immediately - since we only imagined they were disjointed as we thought we were maligned. Problems dissipate or disappear once seen clearly. If there

Reality is unlimited and never changes. The idea that how and what we think creates reality suggests otherwise. Acting on backward thoughts leads to behaviors that are out of order reflecting a reversal of our natural fortune that are accurately called disorders. Anxious, nervous and systemic disorders reflect this impossible attempt to reverse Nature’s Law and Order and our Universe's Essence. Dis-ease is the lack of ease created and maintained by such twisted mental acrobatics. Stress and Anxiety inhibit healing and compound and degrade health.
Mentality is a bodily function. Mental disease is a physcial ailment. For as long as it is misdiagnosed - any cure or treatment will perpetuate its contagion.
Principles affirm Our Indivisible nature. Sharing Principles confirms our natural indivisibility. Inspiration is natural while desperation, depression, degradation and acting oblivious to what is obvious is an unnatural choice to oppose reality which is impossible to accomplish though we are free to try.
Ignoring what is happening, acting as though it shouldn't be or isn't happening, produces the unintelligible gibberish of ignorance - not reality.
