Lies are not true so speak in twisted terms to think we can cover their nature. The past and future are used to dismiss our culpability for using them to excuse what we are doing. The past and future are concepts held only in thought. The Present is the culmination of all that has ever happened, and all that can happen, as it is happening, now.
The self centered in thought is what we think of our self and is central only to the disturbances it creates - in thought. Worrying about a future that is not here is intoxication with thought's capacity to imagine that what is not here can take our place. When in-toxic-ated with toxic thoughts chemicals stored for emergencies are used unnecessarily like drugs to numb us to what we are doing, like any compulsive behavior. If it were true there would be no need for justification to misuse our body for effect. We may think lies can be hidden but blood, sweat, and tears are instantaneous secretions of what we mistakenly call secrets. There are no secrets in the universe, or beyond, nor can our lying false self keep them, since, like the past, future, lies and ego it only appears to exist in thought.
To worry about what is not happening is an excuse to deny our thinking is worrisome. Worry is an accurate assessment of what we are actually thinking currently. What is happening is actual what is imagined to be happening is reactional fighting for a claimed life for an imagined self. Reacting to lies is natural when what is repulsive is thought to be true. Lies are repulsive since we know better as our nature is Truth and Reality.
Regret and resentment follow the same foggy but transparent path as worry. There is nothing that can be done about what is no longer happening. If obsessive thought could replace what is happening then thought would govern the nature of space and time and going back instead of forth would be natural.
Ignoring what is happening is ignorance. Being called ignorant is generally unwelcome since its popularity and out numbness has grown to seem normal. This does not say there is no value in considering things that are over and done but thinking things not happening have more culpability than what we’re presently thinking is a joke while not very funny to anyone taking this form of thinking seriously.
Paying obsessive attention to what is not happening reduces only our responsive capacity to function. Our struggles with contempt, anger, and doubt about regret, resentment, and worry are evidence we

Reality is unlimited and never changes. The idea that how and what we think creates reality suggests otherwise. Acting on backward thoughts leads to behaviors that are out of order reflecting a reversal of our natural fortune that are accurately called disorders. Anxious, nervous and systemic disorders reflect this impossible attempt to reverse Nature’s Law and Order and our Universe's Essence. Dis-ease is the lack of ease created and maintained by such twisted mental acrobatics. Stress and Anxiety inhibit healing and compound and degrade health.
Mentality is a bodily function. Mental disease is a physcial ailment. For as long as it is misdiagnosed - any cure or treatment will perpetuate its contagion.
Principles affirm Our Indivisible nature. Sharing Principles confirms our natural indivisibility. Inspiration is natural while desperation, depression, degradation and acting oblivious to what is obvious is an unnatural choice to oppose reality which is impossible to accomplish though we are free to try.
Ignoring what is happening, acting as though it shouldn't be or isn't happening, produces the unintelligible gibberish of ignorance - not reality.
