If you have been with us previously, you’ll remember that in verses 1-4, Jesus taught a pattern of prayer for His followers called The Lord’s Prayer. In this prayer, He taught us that God was approachable, and welcomes the requests of His children. He taught us that we are to pray according to the will of God in order to advance His Kingdom. When we are aligned with God’s will, God hears us and will respond.
