Sometimes we need reminders. As we revisit the closing words of 1 Peter, we are reminded of three themes that run throughout the letter: authority is meant to be surrendered to God, the real enemy is spiritual, and suffering is expected—but God does not waste it.
Peter's final encouragement is to stand firm in faith, stay connected to the family of God, and trust the One who restores and strengthens His people.
