Today we will be talking to Erica who is a family nurse practitioner. Currently she works hospice and also teaches part-time. She started an aesthetics practice recently and is in talks to partner with other practices. She is needing assistance on how to navigate partnerships and how to grow her business. This is an interesting episode as the first half of the episode was with her prior to the partnership meeting and we followed up 4 weeks later to finish the episode! We discover that partnerships that do not value your worth are bad news. Additionally, she discovers that starting a practice is a roller coaster of emotions and events, but if you continue to push forward, you can succeed!
