I used to think this was a total fantasy and myth, but I got tired of living life in a state of total sleep deprivation and decided there has to be a better way so I did extensive research to learn how to improve my sleep. 

I’m sharing what I learned and the sleep hacks that helped change my sleep habits because we are all much better humans when we get better sleep!
