On the first ep of 2023 the guys break down the 11 regulation changes ahead of the new season including more sprints, bigger mirrors, paddock hours, DRS Trials and the new qualifying format being trialled during the season.
Also on the table is the FIA directive regarding political statements, and the Saudis involvement in F1 and being at odds with Liberty Media.
