We’ve all heard of IQ, or intelligence quotient, and by now most may have heard of EQ, or emotional quotient. EQ refers to our emotional intelligence, our ability to understand and regulate our own emotions and also understand others’ emotions. In this episode, I describe how our EQ can affect our relationships.
