Herman Matos is a 35-year retired educator who was diagnosed with Stage 4 prostate cancer. After his diagnosis, Herm searched for an alternative treatment approach, discovering Chris Wark’s cancer survivor videos along the way. He incorporated a plant-based diet and supplement regimen to help fight his disease. Rather than asking “Why me?,” Herm continues to use his journey to encourage others, and currently leads a Healing Strong group. Herm’s story is a beautiful testament of God’s ability to bring the right people with the right opportunities into our lives to bless us.
