Her mission is to support individuals in ending people-pleasing and self-abandonment, unmasking old survival patterns, and cultivating healthier boundaries and self-trust.
Her work blends shadow work, somatic experiences, EMDR, insight-based therapy, and intuitive presence. Nicky specializes in trauma recovery, including PTSD, sexual and emotional abuse, relationship challenges, depression, and the integration of psychedelic, plant medicine, and spiritual awakening experiences.
