The Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police Women’s Leadership Section was created to empower all women in policing – professional support staff and sworn officers alike, regardless of rank or position - through leadership development, mentorship, and collaboration. We aim to build a statewide culture that values diverse perspectives and strengthens our profession.
Members of the ILACP Women’s Leadership Section will be able to ask questions, seek advice, engage other members, request assistance, post questions and share helpful advice with other women in law enforcement organizations across Illinois.
