In 2010, Kimberly murdered her babysitter, Cherry Walker. Prosecutors revealed Kimberly was facing a Child Protective Services (CPS) investigation and killed Walker to prevent her from testifying in a child custody hearing. She then doused the victim's body with lighter fluid and set it on fire to destroy evidence.
