In this week's minisode, I'm talking about the tale of the old Cherokee who tells his grandson about the battle that goes on inside of him - and all of us - between the good wolf and the bad wolf.
When his grandson asks him "Which wolf will win?", the old man replies simply, "The one you feed."
So the question is, which wolf will you feed? In other words, which version of yourself will get to run the show?
