Today I speak with Kelly Kendall Kelly, a nurse and lactation consultant and founder of the Balanced Boob, which focuses on education and support for breastfeeding families. She started The Balanced Boob so she could give moms what she desperately needed and couldn’t find: a balanced approach to breastfeeding that provides both education and on-going support.
This is Kelly’s second time on the podcast, so make sure you go back and listen to her first episode, linked below!
We talk about:
-the evolution of breastfeeding support
-letting go of control
-common but not normal
-having community around breastfeeding
-breastfeeding and exercise
