- What do I need to accomplish this goal?
- Work out a simple plan

- What are you doing that you need to stop doing?
- What needs to be eliminated
- What goals can you give up on
- What do you need to keep?
- A good routine
- Something that is serving you well
- Where are you finding joy and thriving?
- What do I need to adjust?
- Doesn’t need to be cut out but needs to be tweaked
- What do I need to add?
- What will help me reach these goals?
