Description

Lower Back Pain is often related to a pattern of exhaustion and frustration. 
The programming from childhood can effect  thoughts in the present moment and lead to difficulties in growing and expanding  life into what you really desire.

Back pain shows up when there's a feeling of stuckness and often a fear of moving forwards.

 This episode illustrates how the focus and habit of thought has to change  in order to break the old patterns and move on from pain.
