Sometimes a series of different symptoms all point towards one state of mind, as if the body is trying different tactics to bring awareness to the thoughts that are in conflict with our true self.
In this episode the 'fear', 'agitation' and 'dread' show up in the body as seemingly unrelated issues but in truth they are all connected to a limited belief.
