Melika and Layla found refuge from the Syrian war in Amsterdam. Still Melika lived with excruciating kidney pain, and Layla bore deep war trauma. Now these 2 broken souls were in a Dutch church watching a film about Jesus. After the film Melika told Anika, a Dutch believer, about her kidney pain, and about Layla’s deep trauma. Anika took a leap of faith that changed Melika’s and Layla’s lives forever.
