It's never too late to focus on your dreams. 
A tip on how to make those dreams positive is to create a Nighttime Ritual. Simple, peaceful rituals are so important to create. This is what will keep you in a state of balance and harmony, and will restore you whenever things feel stressful. Choose a simple ritual that you can add into you evening to bring about feelings of wellbeing. 

We have talked about morning rituals but we haven't talked about nighttime rituals yet. Did you know that successful people maintain a positive focus on life no matter what is going on around them. They stay focused on their past successes rather than their past failures and on the next action steps they need to take to get them closer to the fulfillment of their goals rather than all the other distractions that life presents to them. They are constantly proactive in the pursuit of their objective. 

What is it that you are doing the the last 30-45 mins before bed? I'm betting most of you answered, looking at your phone. Did you know that 77% of Americans sleep with their phone and 90% of the 18-29 year olds sleep with theirs.
Now did you know that the last 45 minutes of the day have a HUGE Influence on your sleep and your next day. During the night your unconscious mind replays and processes this late night input up tp six times more often than anything else you experience during the day. For instance have you ever crammed for a test late at night and then passed or watched a scary movie and then had nightmares or scrolled social media to plat the comparison game.

As you drift off to sleep you enter the alpha brain wave state of mind, which is very influential.So what you put into your brain right before bed time is soooo very important. Think about how much better you would sleep and dream is you pumped your brain full of inspiration, gratitude, peace and love for yourself and your dreams.

Things I have done as nightly rituals that have given me, better sleep, more motivation, more confidence, more knowledge, ~oh so much more! By putting phone up and plugged in where I can't reach it from my bed, reading books that fill me up and get me in a positive mindset that I CAN DO ANYTHING I SET MY MIND TO!

Donna Cardillo says,"It's easy to be negative and unmotivated, but it takes some work to be positive and motivated. While there's no off button for those relentless "tapes" there are things that you can do to turn down the volume and still shift your focus from the negative to the positive." 
All of these little things will create the ability to give so much more of you to others. This has given me the ability to let go of things I can not control and also to let go things that don't bring me peace in my mind. When you stay positive and focus on daily rituals to help breed positivity you realize life shifts a little more and more each day. Your life will begin to be filled with abundance when you don't stress over things. A huge lesson I want to share with you is, stressing over anything is literally the biggest waste of time. So feed your mind and soul with positivity and lessons on how to improve at night and wait and see what begins to happen. MANIFEST those WILDEST DREAMS!

5 Things to do before going to sleep.
     1. Express gratitude
     2. Think about your goals and how you are going to manifest them. 
     3. Take five long deep breathes in and out.
     4. Smile, because you are alive.
     5 Forgive yourself for mistakes.

At the end of the day, let go of whatever happened, free yourself to relax and get centered for tomorrow. Envision an even better day and go to sleep with peace in your heart.
