In this episode, we examine the impact that inner awareness has on outer performance.  We look at what self-doubt is and what it can be.  Just because there is a nay-sayer in your mind, doesn't mean it's true.  Self-doubt is actually a sign that something is important to you and that you should use it as a signal to dig deeper and keep going and not let it detract you from your goals.  We also look at the importance of creating 'power statements' for ourselves.
