Meet Mike DeSanti. Mike grew up in a close-knit, Italian family in New Jersey, where he played sports at a high level and life was comfortable, predictable, and stable. In a few short weeks, life changed dramatically as Mike suffered an injury that put him on the sports sideline indefinitely just as his brother moved away to college and his parents announced they were getting a divorce. As a teenager, Mike retreated into his own psyche and lived outdoors for a year while studying classic writers and ancient teachings.
After a chance trip to the American West, he discovered the beauty of Montana and decided to attend the University of Montana regardless of major! After college he went into business and experienced great success, only to see his health and well-being decline. He made the decision to pivot and return to his heart and authentic self. Now a published author of “New Man Emerging”, a 1:1 coach, and men’s retreat leader in the mountains of Montana that stole his heart so many years before.
