I took a question from the group coaching call and extended my thoughts about possibly having a group of specialists in the direct care model under one roof, or multiple locations. I believe it could work. If there are over 40,000 specialists in direct care right now, why couldn't a group of them function under one roof?

Here's how this could work

• Get everyone's buy-in
• Increase cash revenue
• Secure enough money to hire a new doc who values the model
• Niche down to the few things that are working, let go of what's not working
• Read 10x is Easier Than 2x 
• Create protocols so you can copy and paste for the new doc or new location to follow like McDonald, LaserAway, Massage Envy
