So many people want to know exactly How to Start a Direct Care practice but I want to emphasize the prereqs that are required before you even launch your practice. Just like the prereqs to medical school, these will set the foundation for a successful Direct Care practice.

1. Aligning your beliefs and focusing on what you want to accomplish
2. Managing your emotions, developing emotional intelligence, putting yourself in a mental space that is productive
3. Establishing habits that make you uncomfortable because that is where you grow!
